Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment and are sent via BRT GLS and DHL couriers with tracking. Whatever type of shipping you choose, upon request you will be able to receive a link to track your package online.
Delivery is made to your home by our courier; in case of absence, your order will be held at the shipping company's premises. Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees and postal charges, excluding customs duties. Transportation costs vary depending on the shipping destination.
We recommend grouping your items into a single order.
We cannot combine two separate orders placed independently, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
In case the customer for any reason does not proceed with collecting the shipment, the costs related to returning the items to our premises, amounting to €7.90 for orders delivered in Italy and €19.90 for orders delivered abroad, will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Any additional customs duties will be borne by the customer.
IN-STORE PICKUP
All orders placed with in-store pickup and payment will be treated as on-site purchases and a fiscal receipt will be issued. Any exchanges will be made in-store and not shipped; any returns will be handled with the generation of shopping vouchers valid for purchasing items displayed in physical stores (not online).
RETURNS
Pursuant to art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity) they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. You may exercise the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR RECONSIDERATION by first contacting us via our WhatsApp service at number 3534618311 and then returning the purchased product at your expense WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of receipt, after authorization following the submission of photos demonstrating the integrity of the product as received (PHOTOS OF SOLE, UPPER AND BOX) to the following address:

Refunds for orders paid via NEXI method require up to 10 working days from the request.
In case of return made beyond the allowed time of 14 days, the refunded amount will be reduced by 20%
It will be possible to request pickup at home via our partner courier at the price of €7.90 which will be deducted from the refund.
In case of an order with shipping paid by the buyer under €69.99 or cash on delivery, the shipping cost will not be refunded but only the product cost will be credited.

EXCHANGES - Size exchanges (if the required size is available in our warehouse) are free for orders delivered in Italy and only if the product to be replaced costs more than €69.99.
